I know what joyful painting is.  I feel it very often when I am painting.  I sometimes just burst out and start laughing when I cannot help myself.  But this one painting I have to say was the happiest I felt.  With each mark I was in awe.  The colors, the shapes, the bubbles.  haha I should buy it for myself!!
